GDPR INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS
In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of the General Regulation on the Protection
of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), I inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is Paweł Wróbel, conducting business activity as
PAWEŁ WRÓBEL USŁUGI, with its registered office in Kraków, at Władysław Konopczyński,
Str No. 7A/ 233, 30-383 Kraków, with tax identification number NIP 8133039382 and
REGON 380750181.
The personal data administrator can be contacted via email by sending a message to
wrobelpg@gmail.com.
Your data shall be processed in connection with the conclusion and implementation of the
contract for the provision of services in order to properly implement this contract. The legal
basis for processing personal data is Art. 6 clause 1 lit. b GDPR, as the processing is
necessary to perform the contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the
request of the data subject before concluding the contract.
Data may be transferred to entities that process personal data at the request of the
administrator (e.g. IT service providers, postal service providers, accounting firm, etc.). The
recipient of your personal data may also be entities providing services related to services
offered by the administrator, e.g. insurers. Personal data will not be transferred to third
countries or international organizations.
Personal data will be stored until the contractual limitation period, generally for a period of 3
years from the conclusion or performance of the contract. This period, in connection with the
provisions of the Tax Ordinance Act, may be extended to 5 years from the end of the year in
which the invoice was issued – if the invoice was issued.
You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the
right to transfer data, the right to object. These rights apply in situations specified by the
provisions of the GDPR and national laws.
You have a right to submit a complain to the President of the Data Protection office.
Providing personal data is necessary to conclude the contract, and failure to provide them
prevents the conclusion and performance of the contract.
Your data will not be subject to automated decision making or profiling.
